Once we receive your order, a member of our customer service team (in the ii studio nearest you) will be in touch to confirm your project details and take a 50% deposit. A few days later you will receive proofs prepared by our in-house art department, reflecting the customization you have requested.

Once you have approved the artwork, the printed pieces you have requested are produced in our onsite production facilities.

Once complete (typically a few days after artwork approval), your account manager will be in touch to collect payment on the balance and confirm shipment of your product.

A day or two after that, your Marketing in Box package arrives at your doorstep, ready for you to put it into action!
