Our team of creative professionals is currently home to over 20 designers and is constantly growing. The ii crew represents some of the most talented, creative minds in the country and has become one of the most sought after design teams around. Our focus is developing marketing material to target a young, urban demographic. You have probably seen our work more often than you realize - we are the official design studio for U.M.M. (Urban Male Magazine).We have also developed marketing material for clients ranging from major nightclubs to world-renowned recording artists, to magazine ads for Schick Canada. When you place your first design request with ii, your account will be assigned to one member of our creative team. From then on, they will then be in charge of your account - ensuring consistency from project to project.

Billing Policy:
Design services are billed in 15 min increments All design projects are subject to a 1 hour minimum charge. Each additional proof is a minimum 15 min charge, so please be sure to send all of your changes at once.
Average design time required:
• Business card or ticket: 1 hour
• Banner: 1-2 hours
• Poster and flyer combo: 2-3 hours
• Menu or brochure: 3-6 hours

PRINTservice
Each of our production facilities has been built on an entirely digital platform. Using cutting-edge technology allows us to offer some of the most aggressive pricing in the country as well as remarkably fast turn-around. Our product line offers a wide variety of marketing tools and we are an ideal match for projects that are full colour and short to medium run size. (This includes runs of up to 1,000 posters, up to 10,000 flyers and up to 50,000 business cards.) Please note: Due to the nature of digital printing, we do not offer B/W printing or stationery items such as letterhead, invoices, forms or envelopes. (these are best suited to a traditional press)

NO MINIMUM ORDER POLICY
Another advantage of our digital facility is that we can offer the vast majority of our products and prices on a no minimum order basis. Only items which require laminating or die cutting are subject to a minimum order.

TURN-AROUND TIMES
On average, the majority of print orders are completed within 24 hours. This is only an average however, and turn around times may take longer depending on workload. Due to the nature of the business, we are not able to offer a guaranteed turnaround time, but rather an ETA project by project.

NO RUSH FEE POLICY
Our official policy is this: If We Can, We Will. This means that if you have a rush job, and we can accommodate it without missing any of our other deadlines, we will slot your project into our existing workflow as early as we can in order to meet your deadline. There are no addition charges for this service.

NO RIP/SETUP FEES
If consistency of prices and making the best of your marketing budget are important to you, you’ll be happy to know that we do NOT charge setup or “rip” fees to print existing files. Every price in our price guide is based on the finished product, ready for pick-up - no hidden costs, no extra fees.

QUALITY PAPERS
Since we believe in offering the highest possibly quality, all of our prices include premium quality card stock. Since we have six studios, we buy this paper in very large numbers and are able to offer it as our standard, whereas most printers would charge a premium.

COLOUR CONSISTENCY
Both paper and our equipment can be effected by many factors, including humidity and the weather. Because of this, colours can range a shade or two when compared to the original piece printed. This means that an order printed today may not be identical to one printed tomorrow. As well, shade differences can exist within a single run. Most people find the difference to be slight and acceptable, but if your project requires perfect colour consistency or Pantone matching, it may be best suited to a traditional press.

SIZE ALLOWANCE
Please be aware that all listed dimensions are subject to a 5% size allowance. This allows our production team to make the best use of the page and offer you the most for your money. If your project requires the printed material to be an exact size, please let us know when ordering and we’ll be happy to adjust the product process accordingly (listed prices will not apply to exact-size requests.)

SUBMITTINGfiles
When submitting your files for print, please be sure they are 300dpi, and must be flattened images (no layers, no fonts)

Accepted formats include JPEG, TIFF, PDF, PSD or EPS.

All artwork must include no less than 1/4" gutter on all sides! (in other words, there must be at least 1/4" between the edge of your flyer and the first piece of text or important graphics or logo)

Please only send your image as 1-up, to the exact size you would like them cut, without crop marks.

When designing a banner, please create it at 1/3 or 1/4 of the desired output size.
Files can be FTP’d via our website - please contact your nearest studio for a username and password. When uploading a file, please be sure to also send an email confirming the details of your order.

All email orders need to include your contact info, quantity and size of product you are ordering as well as the name(s) of the file(s) you’d like us to use and your requested deadline. We will send you a confirmation for each order, and provide you with an ETA for your printed product.
