Terms of Service: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY The client hereby agrees that any and all graphics, logos or other images that appear in digital files or hardcopies provided to ii for reproduction will either be free of trademark restrictions, royalties and other terms that would limit their eligibility for reproduction, or should such restrictions apply to any graphic element appearing within the client's design, the client shall obtain proper permission and/or licensing arrangements with the legal owner of the intellectual property prior to providing such graphics to ii for reproduction. ii reserves the right to request proof or permission when a third party logo or other trademark appears in a client-provided design. FINISHED PRODUCT To ensure optimal quality of printed materials, all layers and graphic elements used to construct your file should be a minimum of 300 DPI in their original state. (Files intended for large format printing should be designed at 1/2 or 1/3 your desired finished size) Low-resolution files or graphic elements will directly impact the quality of the finished product. Comprehensive file requirements are available on the ii website at: www.industryimages.com/filerequirements Files that are submitted for print are not proofread or touched-up in any way before they are printed. Once your order has been placed, you've committed to it - although we will try our best, we may not be able to accommodate last minute changes. Should you wish to request a modification to your order, please contact us ASAP. Our print prices do not include file storage or archiving and your file(s) will not typically be saved beyond two weeks from the completion of your project Due to the nature of digital printing, colours may range a shade or two from one project to the next and will never be an exact match to your home printer and/or what you see on your monitor. Most people find this variance in colour to be acceptable, however if you are particular about specific colours in your file, we strongly suggest you review a proof first. If you would like to see a printed sample of your file, one proof per project is provided at no charge and typically only adds one extra day to the production process. If the client chooses not to review a printed proof, they hereby agree to accept their printed products on an as-is basis. To allow for back-trimming, the finished size of any printed product is subject to a 5% tolerance in either direction unless otherwise requested, in which case our advertised prices do not apply. Deliverable quantities are subject to +/- 5% on all orders of 250 units or greater. LIMIT OF LIABILITY The client hereby assumes all responsibility for proofreading and the accuracy and completeness of any artwork submitted for print. ii shall not be held liable for costs or damages related to errors or omissions in the artwork. The Client hereby releases and forever acquits and discharges ii of and from any and all claims, actions, causes of action, debts, liabilities, obligations and covenants whatsoever the client may have against ii by reason of erroneous files or past-due deadlines. At their sole discretion, ii reserves the right to refuse print requests if the graphic or message are deemed to break the law or to be in contrast to ii's corporate ethics. I agree
